Manuela “Manu” Ruggeri and Charles “Sonny” Shanks, brokers with over 30 years combined Northeast Florida real estate experience formed the firm in December 2017 and opened their doors with two offices in Saint Augustine, Florida in January 2018. Manu is the managing broker for the south office located at 811 State Road 2016 East and Sonny is the managing broker for the north office located at 2807 North 10th Street. Both Manu and Sonny share a vision of the real estate business which is customer focused and associate supportive guided by personal integrity and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. Their mission is to build the business by building relationships with past customers as well as with new, and only hiring associates who share this vision and mission. Manu has over 25 years in residential real estate and has also worked along side her husband John for all of those years in his construction business, Ruggeri Construction, Inc., known for some of the finest custom built homes in Northeast Florida. John is a general contractor and has also built commercial projects. Sonny is retired from the U.S. Army and has over 30 years of executive leadership experience including civilian assignments in the logistics, manufacturing, hospitality and resort industries. He was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida and is a graduate of both the St. Johns River State College and the University of Florida. Sonny's practice is focused on commercial real estate.
