UTIL was founded in 1959 and rapidly became a go-to company for the production of parts for brake systems for the automotive sector, earning a significant share of the global market. In 2019, we embarked on an extensive project to diversify our portfolio of solutions, developing technology and innovative products for other sectors, such as agricultural and earthmoving machines, construction, household appliances, electrical mobility and mobility on two wheels. We now have manufacturing facilities and research centers in Italy, Canada, and China, a plant dedicated to the North American market in Mexico and commercial offices in Germany and the United States.
