Our team of creative and technical professionals have a true passion for creating products that holistically approach the problem of maximizing productivity in our distraction-filled world. Astrohaus uses crowdfunding and a direct-to-consumer business model to launch products to its community of enthusiastic creatives. Astrohaus' flagship product, the Freewrite, was launched in 2014 on Kickstarter and raised $200k in the first 20 hours of the campaign. Since then writers in 50+ countries have cumulatively written over 50 million words on their Freewrites. The Freewrite is in its 5th batch of production and shipping worldwide. In October 2018 Astrohaus launched a follow-up, the Freewrite Traveler, on Indiegogo. Traveler is a more portable, distraction-free writing tool offered at a lower price point. It has raised over $800k in crowdfunding and pre-sales to date. The initial batch of production is expected to complete in the fall of 2019.
