The Community Safety Building Authority (CSBA) designs, procures, builds and upgrades infrastructure to keep the Victorian community safe. As part of the Department of Justice and Community Safety, we manage a $3 billion portfolio of projects including new, expanded and upgraded: · prisons and youth justice centres · court and custody facilities · emergency services facilities · public safety infrastructure. As well as keeping the community safe, CSBA’s projects create local jobs and provide opportunities for apprentices, trainees, cadets, Aboriginal people, disadvantaged Victorians and people with disability.
