LikeMinded Ladies (LML) is a 501c6 membership organization comprising women in business and/or those interested in launching new careers/professional endeavors/personal development who support each other both professionally and personally to advance and reach goals. LML also empowers members to have greater exposure and make an impact in their respective communities through volunteerism and outreach. Specifically, the purpose of LML is: 1. To support women both personally and professionally to achieve career success and develop safe personal relationships. 2. To advance the face of LML in the community by giving back through volunteer efforts and community outreach. 3. To support women-owned businesses and female employers/employees in achieving higher levels of success and distinction in the aforementioned areas. 4. To educate members in both professional and personal development topics through monthly speaker series. 5. To influence change in the world, while ultimately making our own a little better.
