DBA is an independent multidisciplinary engineering consultancy formed in 1985 providing services in Transportation, Civil, Structural and Water Engineering. DBA’s services range from feasibility and planning through to design, contract supervision and delivery. DBA has formed a strong working relationships with a range of public and private sector clients, and carries out studies for many local authorities in Scotland, and a wide range of house-builders, retailers and developers for sites throughout Scotland, the North of England and Northern Ireland. DBA has delivered a wide range of projects throughout Scotland and the North of England in all significant population centres and Council areas. DBA has acted or is acting for many of Scotland’s local authorities. The projects undertaken range from small scale sketch designs to large infrastructure projects.
