Our firm was founded in 2012 by three partners from Jones Day, one of the nation’s premier law firms, to provide top-quality work in an intimate, relationship-oriented environment. In 2013, we added a fourth partner from Jones Day to further expand our practice areas and expertise. With the expertise and business perspective we’ve gained from decades of working at one of the country’s largest law firms, we have the capability to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, corporations, closely-held companies, partnerships, limited liability companies and other business organizations.
