AIESEC is a youth-led, non-profit organization. Existing in over 120 countries and territories, we activate youth leadership through volunteer and internship exchanges. Established for more than 60 years in South Korea, we facilitate 400+ cross-cultural exchanges annually. Furthermore, we bring overseas talents to local workplaces and connect partners in our various initiatives of youth development and sustainability.
