Ballarat Iyengar Yoga grew out of Daylesford Yoga, established in 2003 by Shayna Ogden, a certificated Iyengar yoga teacher (Senior Intermediate Level 1). She is the director and principal teacher at the school. The Ballarat Iyengar Yoga studio opened in 2013 and brings to Ballarat 10 years of experience and expertise from our school in Daylesford. Ballarat Yoga offers: - Iyengar yoga classes from introductory to advanced level. - Workshops and overseas retreats for experienced students.
