CHANCES Family Centre is a community based non-profit organization that offers programs for families with preschool aged children, including new parents-to-be. CHANCES receives funding through a variety of sources including the Province of Prince Edward Island and the Public Health Agency of Canada, under the Community Action Program for Children and the Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program . CHANCES also greatly appreciates the support it receives through generous donations from the community.
