We are a young startup based in Karlsruhe, Germany focused on the evaluation of measurement data in industrial production. Due to digitalization, data collection in manufacturing increases rapidly. Our aim is to make better use of accrued measurement data. Complex process steps with an enormous volume of data allow for new possibilities in analysis. The comprehensive study of impacts of tolerances, systematic mistakes and correlations between measurements is no longer possible in a manual way. Using our innovative algorithms we are able to identify hidden connections between process steps. These algorithms work on real measurement data without bias. We derive recommendations for action for different problems and supplement the expert knowledge of staff. Consequently we reach a comprehensive understanding of the interactions between complex process steps and a sustainable improvement of the production process. As an innovation in data mining we consider the whole production process yielding a solution which is comprehensible to people.
