The mission of Compass is to assist youth and families successfully navigate through life by providing programs and services that emphasize personal growth, foster healthy relationships and promote connections to the community. Compass is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 2007 to meet the growing needs of at-risk-youth in Nebraska. We desire to be innovative and flexible as we reach out to impact the lives of youth and families.
