Bilingual Special Education Services of Connecticut BSES/ CT seeks to partner with school districts and bilingual professionals. Factors affecting the academic performance of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse students require a pupil personnel team that understands these unique challenges. Our goal is to collaborate with school teams to address the needs of their CDL students in a manner that is equitable and comprehensive; portraying the various layers that make up this student population.
