HCIC has assisted virtually hundreds of health care clients in a variety of information technology and related issues. We focus on projects relating to the use of information within the health care environment to improve the delivery of efficient, high quality care. Our clients include hospitals, health systems, health information exchanges, ambulatory care, long term care, home health, surgical centers, radiology, research organizations; and vendors of related products. All engagements include participation by our principals and senior-level consultants. Our expertise is in understanding the dynamics of complex health care organizations; developing strategies for achieving organizational objectives; and managing the implementation of those strategies.
