HCL is a lifestyle that encourages approaching life with an open heart on a daily basis. Most people come from a place of fear or the ego when making decisions regarding relationships, health, career or finances. Often times this approach leaves us feeling stressed, anxious and or depressed. In turn, we look outside of ourselves to find comfort. We think someone or something will make our lives better, and we ignore our innate ability to tap into a source of love that resides within our heart center. As a transitional support coach, I help people to find their way back to their heart by helping them to organize their thought patterns and change their mindset. HCL doesn’t happen over night, to accomplish anything you need to commit to a daily practice, until change becomes second nature. It is never too late to modify or change the path you are traveling, it takes a little time, patience and self awareness.
