The proposed technology is a system to link several quantum computers through devices called Interconnects. Quantum computers enable users to perform tasks otherwise impossible with standard computers, from high-level RSA-encryption to financial modeling. Based on principles found in quantum mechanics, quantum computing has proven to be considerably more efficient than its standard counterpart, through both speed and ability. More than just the sum of its parts, an NGQ network established through Interconnects would essentially create a team of quantum computers working together to achieve goals never before possible.
