Aria was set up at the end of 2006 by company Principal Philip Davison. Phil had worked in both the public and voluntary housing sectors and had recognised the need for a property management company that delivered the standards, service and accountability of the public sector to clients, tenants and landlords. In 2015 Aria property re-branded to Aria Residential and moved into Estate Agency with immediate success. The staff team continues to grow and new offices on Belfast's busy Lisburn road are to be joined by another new office in Templepatrick at the start of 2016.
