IECS provides expert witness services for legal cases arising from auto, work or other personal injury. Dr. Knisley performs functional testing and impairment ratings to determine true functional loss that has resulted from an accident. He also creates life care plans, specializing in those cases that need recommendations on level of work abilities, restrictions and plans for life long ongoing care. Dr. Knisley is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and has 35 years of experience in evaluating levels of function and adaptation related to accident or injury.
