From the very beginning, the vision for Pinnacle People Solutions was to make a meaningful contribution to the sustainability and growth of regional communities. There was a clear need for credible, expert HR advice for regionally-located organisations. Starting in Armidale, we now operate across three states, including multiple rural and remote locations. This growth would not have been possible, however, without a great team that is aligned with our vision and values; a critical factor for any business. Ultimately, our success is wholly dependent on how well we provide our services. We believe that we’ve changed the way the businesses we work with perceive HR. By integrating with each business and acting as their trusted advisors, we provide more than ‘fly in, fly out’ support or selections on the end of an automated phone service.
