Working with 3D objects generates deeper insights for business planning and reflection on critical challenges or opportunities. Through the 3D mapping of the wider system in which challenges or opportunities are situated, clarity on the current situation is achieved and allows to identify steps to achieve change subsequently. Movement in the table top maps leads to mental maps being changed and solution maps emerge. Participants of our programmes go away with an image of the change they work towards and having learned a process they can use for self-coaching. Our work is informed by systemic coaching and change management approaches such as systemic coaching, constellations and Theory U/Presencing. In addition to working with 3D objects we draw also on embodied and experiential learning methods, accelerating new learning and allowing participants to draw on their implicit knowledge and intuition when planning and making decisions for their business.
