Services include grit blasting, soda blasting, glass bead blasting, Powder coating applications for manufacturers, fabricators, contractors, and military customers. We've been in the coatings business for 20 years, and we strive to continually improve our process and ensure that we meet or exceed our customer's requirements. Our oven is one of the biggest in the area! We can powder coat parts up to 24' long x 8' wide x 8' high. We have a multi-step process for coating steel fabrications (rails, fences, etc.) that has excellent salt spray and UV resistance! We also provide high performance coating services such as MIL-SPEC, PFA, PTFE, ETFE, FEP and many other non-stick fluoropolymer coatings, chemical resistant and abrasion resistant coatings. If you need mold release, high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, etc., we can work with you to develop a coating to meet your needs. Liquid painting services include anything from latex, epoxy, acrylic, enamel, two part urethane, acrylic and numerous other coatings. Our MIL-SPEC coatings can range from dry film lubricants to non-stick to CARC coatings. We are in the process of expanding by installing another powder coating system along with a new paint booth and high temperature oven for those high performance coatings. Along with this, we are working on a mobile blasting and painting service. We will be able to perform crushed glass, baking soda and dry ice blasting services along with certain types of painting.
