After 12 years of being based in Clapham the Shala Yoga and Pilates Centre relocated to West Norwood, London. We opened on the 1st February. The beautiful purpose-built new centre, incorporates three light-filled studios, a therapy room, reception, changing facilities and a small coffee bar. The new space will be a sanctuary, peaceful, but vibrant and always warm and welcoming.
