Shambhala Chicago is part of an international community of more than 200 centers. Shambhala offers programs and classes in mindfulness meditation and the contemplative arts, free individual meditation instruction, and a vibrant, diverse community of members and friends who study and practice together. Shambhala Chicago also partners with numerous organizations in working to create a more peaceful and engaged community.
