We fight on behalf of owners, living in buildings with defects. By acting as client-facing project managers, we ensure owners get what they pay for when completing capital works. This includes providing independent scopes, tendering and vetting contractors, negotiating contracts, monitoring and supervising the job. We're also general building nerds, so most problems we'll have either an opinion, answer or know someone who can help.
