Tampa Heights Junior Civic Association is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to serving at-risk youth in Tampa Bay and throughout Hillsborough County. THJCA MISSION Tampa Heights Junior Civic Association is a community based, resident-driven organization that connects youth and families to community resources; provides youth opportunities to build leadership and civic involvement through mentoring, caring and support; secures resources to respond to identified needs.
