Texas TV personality David Elder of KSAT 12 and local restauranteur Cary Hamer of Infernos Wood-Fired Oven & Spirits have partnered to create Texas' newest hot chicken concept: Tex's Hot Chicken. The mission of the restaurant is simple: make every customer say, "That's the bite right there!" The menu includes a massive chicken sandwich called the "Big Tex," plus loaded hot chicken potato chips, hot chicken tacos, sliders, and an assortment of sides and refreshing beverages. Each hot chicken item will be offered with the option to get it, "dipped or not dipped," in the house-made hot chicken sauce.
