After visiting many wine regions across the world, owner David Wolin started Old York Cellars in 2008 with a vision to create a world-class winery in New Jersey. He has brought together a staff and vintner with strong passions for the art of winemaking, utilizing new and old world techniques and the best varietals the region has to offer.
