See The Change USA - The clear path forward to organically grow an engineering and science-based workforce through enhancing targeted professional development of science teachers and rigorous curriculum. See The Change is a 501 c 3 educational and charitable non-profit organization committed to student advancement in Science & Engineering. This is accomplished through introducing physics, chemistry and computer programming in middle schools, paralleling what is already in existence internationally. Our goal: In our home town of Colorado Springs and home state of Colorado we will endeavor to have 25,000 middle schoolers in Colorado Springs exposed to this fundamental discipline within four years, and 180,000 statewide within ten years while implementing parallel tracks across the nation. The goal will rapidly improve the level of students’ achievements in Science and Mathematics to out-perform global competition and we’ll create the strongest pipeline for American Science & Engineering qualified professionals to sustain the level of innovation the industry demands today and in the future.
