Since we were set up by Richard Clark and Jeremy Holt in 1995 we have aimed to be a different sort of law firm. We believe our small team of exceptional lawyers, all of whom either came from City or large regional firms or from in-house roles with FTSE 100 companies, will always provide a better, friendlier and more cost-effective service than a traditional law firm ever could. The fact that more than a third of our people and all three of our practice areas are consistently ranked in the top tier of the UK’s legal directories suggests that we are right. We chose to base ourselves in Swindon as its convenient transport links to the UK’s major commercial centres makes us easily accessible for clients from all over the UK.
