Polaris, also known as the North Star, has been used for centuries to help guide travelers to their destination. Polaris Management Advisors helps guide our customers on their journey to achieving the organizational goals. Merriam Webster defines Potential as “existing in possibility: capable of development into actuality.” We all have potential, but we all experience varying degrees of success in achieving that potential. This is true for individuals and for organizations. Few of us are able to realize our fullest potential on our own. We have teachers, mentors, coaches, and colleagues who, intentionally or not, guide and support us in our growth and development. I started Polaris because I have a passion for helping others. I strive to be the teacher or mentor who helps people grow. My experience working in and on businesses of all sizes provides me the opportunity to help organizations and their leaders define and realize their potential.
