At C.E.M mediation we provide neutral, independent mediation support to address workplace disputes and conflict. Our support allows all parties the opportunity to raise concerns in a constructive and controlled environment with the intent for all parties to find common ground and agree a conflict resolution to improve working relationship moving forward. Mediation support allows all parties to reach a mutual agreement without formal (and costly) routes of grievance and disciplinary procedures or employment tribunals.
