Our Vision… We, at the Fahad Abdulaziz Rajab Est. for Construction, with our theoretical and practical experience throughout the last eight years, can realize and understand your needs to reach your goals in different fields of general construction, maintenance, and operation. This is our pledge to complete projects within their time, and according to their budget, through our work and consultancy with the owner and the engineers, in order to reach high quality within time schedules, and with the best specifications. Our work starts before project implementation, with a theoretical study of the plans and feasibility studies, in addition to the engineers’ evaluation. After starting project implementation, we prepare plans, check specifications, and create a proper work environment for each project, and then assign it to competent management. The team consists of a group of specialized engineers and is headed by the project manager, Engineer/ Ahmed El-Sayyad, who has knowledge as well as practical experience for over 10 years in this industry. He gained his experience through his practice and career path in the biggest construction and real estate companies, inside and outside of the Kingdom. Our establishment’s success is based on the quality, number, and experience of our team members, who excel in their practice, as well as diverse cultural and educational knowledge, and are praised by their peers for their successful career path in their respective fields, that vary from construction works, infrastructure, flood and rainwater drainage, sewage works, extension works for high, medium and low voltage cables, water network projects, telephone networks, fiber optics, surveying operations, and more.
