ODLE has two decades of experience in workforce development and youth services, serving more than 3,500 at-risk youth every year. We are proud to be a contracted provider for the U.S. Department of Labor in the operations of several Job Corps campuses that provide outreach, admissions, and placement services at locations across the country. This includes subcontracted partnerships in Florida (Pinellas County), New Mexico (Albuquerque), Texas (El Paso), and Illinois (Chicago); and prime operations in Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh), Washington D.C (Potomac), Georgia (Albany), and Virginia (Old Dominion in Monroe). These centers provide holistic academic and career technical training in a campus-based environment to thousands of young adults every year.
