Welcome to Redefining Health! We are a boutique General Practice - focusing exclusively on Mental Health - located in the heart of Melbourne's beautiful, leafy St Kilda Road precinct. I am a GP with a special interest in Mental Health. I have done additional training to register as a Focussed Psychological Strategies (FPS) provider and am also Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine. Patients do not need a referral to access my services but if they would like to access services under a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), I do suggest they see their regular GP to access such if appropriate. I am interested in all aspects of Mental Health and will use an evidenced based holistic approach to treat my patients. Physical health concerns will be referred back to the patient's regular General Practitioner.
