"Digital Ladies & Allies" aims to promote diversity in tech by increasing the number and the visibility of women in this industry, from their early age, through multiple initiatives in France and abroad. Thanks to the collective power of influence of the members, our ambition is to drive change towards a more inclusive tech industry with a positive impact for humanity and our future. Initially a group of women, friends and digital experts, the Digital Ladies & Allies evolved into a "Do Tank" by also joining forces with men who share our values of caring, mutual aid and diversity. In order to remain faithful to these values, we privilege the sincerity and the proximity between our members. That's why we have opted for a cooptation system.
