The goal is to coach the product manager towards their business objective and to strengthen the Product approach within the organisation. This is usually on-site, though we've successfully worked remotely with clients too. We also offer hands-on product management as a fractional product leader. This is mainly for start-ups who are considering their first Head of Product hire though would get more benefit from a fractional product expert alongside a tactical, full time product manager.
