Social Evidence is a cloud-based application developed initially for the legal profession. It is designed to collect, organize, and analyze information from specific social media sites for named accounts and provide the results to courts in a repeatable, legally defensible format. The primary purpose is to assist the attorney with a more efficient method of gathering and evaluating social media as part of a litigation matter. The analysis tools will assist the attorney to organize the data with search tools and filtering and be able to more easily pinpoint relevant information to the matter. It is designed on the Microsoft Azure platform, providing a scalable solution that will work for the solo practitioner as well as a large law firm. The analytical tools provided with Microsoft Azure as well as a unique licensing arrangement with the Institute for Human and Machine Cognition (IHMC) will allow the attorney to take advantage of concept mapping, natural language processing, and machine intelligence.
