XLUR8 is a charitable, educational, and scientific foundation with the sole purpose of helping our transitioning and retired US Armed Forces members and their spouses and dependents, Encore workforce professionals, and unemployed persons with non-current workforce skills experience a continually improving standard of living, stability, a sense of community, self-esteem and self-actualization.
