Masala Chai was born in 2019 from my desire to share family heirloom recipes, homemade food and providing a glimpse into the life and culture of India. This is a unique cultural experience - no passport required. At our cooking classes, I share the recipes that have been in my family for generations. This is supplemented by the skills I gained during a two-year cooking training at a cooking school in India. I also incorporate my experience from a career spanning over 18 years in human resources to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. We offer customized cooking classes at our stunning Maribyrnong location overlooking the Melbourne skyline. Additionally, we can come to your home or office for your next unique event or team building activity.
