Welcome to Yoga Travels! We are very excited to be able to offer trips of yoga and culture into the Land of the Dragons - beautiful, breathtaking Bhutan. Bhutan is located between Tibet and Northeastern India. Our trips offer a bold look at this unique country whose Buddhist spirituality fills every aspect of life. All of our trips have 3 team members; a certified yoga teacher, a government certified, Bhutanese tour leader and a Bhutanese driver. The all level Hatha yoga classes will explore various concepts such as; breathing, meditation, mind/body connection, posture alignment, strength and flexibility. We will have the privilege of visiting monasteries, museums, cities and small villages while travelling through the incredible Himalayan countryside. Whatever your level of yoga and travel, you can be confident that you will be guided through a country and a yoga experience like no other.
