OBJECTIVE To promote kindness towards animals and foster compassionate and responsible stewardship of nature to alleviate suffering, counter species extinctions, and promote sustainable living and peace. GOALS 1. Advance public awareness and understanding about the links between biodiversity conservation, sustainability and peace and promote activities that address them. 2. Alleviate the erosion of the earth’s life support systems and its biodiversity through the protection of wild species and habitats, public education, policy work and research 3. Promote kind and oppose cruel behaviour and attitudes towards animals 4. Provide, or assist in the provision of facilities, veterinary care, protection and rehabilitation for animals in need of care and attention.
