Welcome to Mindwalk Yoga - a virtual well-being platform that is a social enterprise run by Black women and open to everyone. Our online studio offers Livestream and On-Demand classes including Yoga Therapy for Anxiety, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Chair Yoga and Healing Sound Baths. Our intention for the online studio is to be accessible, inclusive and affordable. While our online studio is open to everyone we centre and prioritise Black women, Black non-binary people, Black disabled people and Black LGTBQTIA+ people. Alongside our online studio we’ve established a Black Women’s Wellness Collective and host monthly online retreats, we run courses in yoga therapy for mental wellness, we offer one-to-one sessions, we support organisations with well-being programs and we work with local health authorities providing socially prescribed yoga.
