Supporting mental, physical & emotional well being The Novara Centre was set up in 2006 to offer people a variety of options for Health and Well Being under one roof, seeking to promote health and preventing illness while also focusing on information, assistance and encouragement around health, well being and self-development. Since then it has been realising its vision to support the physical, mental and emotional well being of a wide community of all ages. Its innovative approach lies in the variety within and complementation of its three strands: • Therapies & Coaching • Integrated Health • Classes The Novara Centre brings together a large team of professionals whose qualifications, skills and experience ensure that when you chose a service at Novara you can expect high standards. At the same time the atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and person-centred. We are delighted to be able to cater for people of all ages and at any stage of their lives; babies and pre-natal, young child and adolescent to adults. We are located on Bray's seafront in a beautifully restored Victorian building which is bright, airy and comfortable where you can enjoy sea views and the possibility of going for walks and refreshments on the promenade before or after an appointment or class at Novara. Our clients come from Bray, Wicklow, Dublin and further afield as we are only minutes from the Dart, and Bray is just at the end of the M50.
