Our management insures the ongoing training for all of the staff for quality assurance and a service that exceeds your expectations. All our staff are professional females that are provided with healthcare insurance. We at Day Cleaner aim for your continuous satisfaction, yet please allow your maid at least a couple of visits for her to get used to your exact requirements as cleaning is a subjective service. However, If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, simply inform the Customer Support team (booking@daycleaner.com / 04 513 6302) within 24 to 48 hours of your service and we will happily return to re-clean your place until you are completely satisfied.
