Xavier Project specialises in building holistic partnerships with refugee-led organisations (RLOs) in locations across East Africa. We work with refugee communities to deliver learning programmes; increase livelihood opportunities; deliver basic provisions; and improve safety and integration. We believe that community-led humanitarian response is the most effective, efficient and sustainable.
