Once upon a time, in 2017, we were a meal prep service. We delivered "ready to eat" meals all over Long Island with the vision of opening our first eatery. Creating delicious, organic, nutrient dense dishes is our passion. Inspiring people to eat healthier options pumps us up. We are excited to open our FIRST storefront location in The West End of Long Beach, NY, in Spring of 2020! In addition to "meal prep," we will be serving our signature and made-to-order salads, hot veggie bowls, and our fan-favorite meals and sides to-go!
