In 1997, we partnered up with “CORFU FOODS” out of Chicago IL. “CORFU FOODS” is a leading manufacturer of “Gyro meat products”. The two companies, with complementing product lines were able to offer to our combined clientele a “one stop shop – directly from the source” for all the necessary ingredients; a distributor catering to traditional “Gyro Store” needs. In 2006 the company took the next rational step forward. Always with the same criteria we use for everything we produce, we sought out & partnered up with some of the most reputable manufacturers from around the world. New product lines with Food service & Retail store sale applications.
