The Scottish Association of Landlords (SAL) is a membership organisation representing the interests of all landlords, letting agents and housing associations throughout Scotland. Letting agents are directly represented via our specialist wing the Council of Letting Agents (CLA). Our members range from individual landlords letting single properties through to agents managing large portfolios on behalf of their clients. We aim to improve standards in the Private Rented Sector by providing comprehensive advice, training and support for every aspect of letting property in Scotland. Landlord membership is £100 per year (£95 when paying by direct debit) and Council of Letting Agents membership is £350 per year (£325 when paying by direct debit).
