From my experience working on a child health telephone advisory line I knew it was not necessary to have face-to-face discussions with parents in order to assess the cause of a baby care problem and provide parents with key information they had previously been missing. In 2002, I decided to branch out into private practice. Baby Care Advice website was constructed enabling me to provide consultations to parents worldwide via telephone, Skype or email.
