Milwaukee County Parks is an amazing network of trails, parks, historic attractions, golf courses, beaches, beer gardens & nature. The 'emerald necklace' of park land that wraps around the county includes 140 miles of trails, 157 parks and parkways, 15 golf courses and hundreds of playgrounds, athletic fields and picnic sites, as well as the historic Mitchell Parks Domes and Boerner Botanical Gardens.
